For over 16 years, Malcolm Gray has held leadership roles driving client success through the implementation of Eze technology. As director of client engagement, Malcolm oversees global sales enablement and the implementation of Eze Professional Services. Concurrently, he directs the Eze North American upgrade team, facilitating seamless transitions and optimal client experiences. Before assuming his current role, Malcolm was the director of client solutions, leading the Eze support team. Previously, Malcolm worked in consulting roles, taking on progressively more responsibility working with Eze clients. Prior to joining SS&C, Malcolm served as an Infantry Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps. He holds a bachelor's degree from Bates College.
