Bryan Hennigan works as a principal product manager at SS&C, overseeing the development of Eze OMS trade management functionality. In this role, Bryan leads cross-functional development projects across multiple product areas, including trade entry, trade management, allocations, and operations workflow. In these areas he oversees thematic product improvements, targeted product enhancements, defect resolution, backlog prioritization, and documentation. Bryan is also responsible for soliciting client feedback to ensure Eze OMS technology is designed and built with features that meet current market demands. Previously, Bryan served as associate director of client solutions, overseeing a team of over 100 client service professionals supporting the Eze product suite for a client base of over 1,000 investment management firms. An early member of the client solutions team, Bryan helped define new processes, roles, and standards in support of the organization's focus on making client service scalable and effective. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware and a master's degree in computer systems engineering from Northeastern University.
