Eze Software Group Named a Best Place to Work by the Boston Business Journal for the Eighth Consecutive Year
Eze Software Group, a premier provider of global investment technology, today announced it has been recognized by the Boston Business Journal as one of the Best Places to Work in Massachusetts for the eighth consecutive year. These regional awards honor companies that have exhibited high levels of employee satisfaction through a combination of positive working conditions and unique company culture.
More than 400 companies were nominated for consideration in a two-stage selection process. Qualified companies were evaluated based on results from more than 18,000 employee satisfaction surveys. Eze Software was one of sixty companies to receive the “Best Place to Work” recognition based on factors such as employee pride, team spirit, corporate training programs, internal communication efforts, and recognition of employee achievement.
