In May, Eze Software Group brought on Brad Rinklin, the former CMO of Akamai Technologies, as Senior Managing Director – Marketing. Brad’s appointment speaks to our renewed focus on communications with you, our customers and partners, targeting more effective ways of keeping the conversation going. Here are some initiatives we’re planning:
- Thought leadership – in industry publications, on industry panels, and at our own events
- Increased engagement through digital and social channels
- New types of outlets to help existing customers stay more informed about our applications in Investment Suite and how to use them – leveraging video, short guides, and infographics
- Increased and centralized access to training materials and in-app user assistance on our cloud platform;
Why are we doing this now? In 2015, we experienced record growth across Investment Suite, with more than 275 clients added worldwide. A lot of those deals are using more than one application, with clients increasingly choosing to leverage additional features and components of the platform to support their workflows. We continue to invest heavily in R&D, building more advanced capabilities throughout the investment cycle. Our goal continues to be not just great technology, but to be a true partner to our clients, whether that means guiding you on issues important to your workflow management needs or helping you form and leverage best practices.
